An original watercolor pencil / ink design I'd been tinkering with for some time, done more or less as a lark. I've always loved mermaids, and simply wondered what one might look like done in Celtic zoomorphic style. Ta DA!

It's very pretty! My wife and I both noticed a distinct resemblance to the full version of the Starbucks logo, which apparently came from a classic 15th century engraving of a siren ... Maybe she's a celtic coffee mermaid and you could do a second version in coffee colors? ;) We both like it a lot!
